There is currently an major issue with SH6 server hardware. We are working on restoring data to another server.  ETA is about 6AM 7/5/2026

RESOLVED (3:05 PM EDT): Our upstream provider has restored service across the Triad. Connectivity for Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and surrounding areas is back to normal. If you are still experiencing any issue, please power-cycle your equipment; if it persists, contact us. We appreciate your patience during the outage.

UPDATE (8:43 AM EDT): The affected area has grown and now spans the greater Triad — Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, and surrounding communities. This outage is affecting our upstream provider, and the issue is in their network rather than ours. We are in contact with them and waiting on them to resolve it.

Revised estimated repair time: 1:00 PM EDT. Given the scale of the event, we are hopeful it will be restored sooner. We will continue to post updates here as we hear from our provider. We apologize for the disruption and thank you for your patience.
