  • Maintenance Announcement. Monday Morning, 8/27/18 @ 02:00 to 05:00AM eastern time. We will be moving a bulk of our hosting services to a new data center in Charlotte from the Greensboro location. We've made every attempt possible to reduce downtime. This move represents a significant upgrade in our hosting abilities.


    • Co-Located in the Lumos Data Center CLT-4 Location
    • We will now be peering with 5 internet providers for even faster speeds.
    • The new facility has manned staff and security 24x7x365
    • Redundant Power and Generators.
    • We will also be able to offer high bandwidth applications at lower prices.
    • We've also upgraded nearly all our cloud servers with 10x more RAM, faster hard drives, and better processors.

    Our Greensboro data center will serve as an off-site backup location and continue to host a few legacy applications.

Inbound Phone Outage (Resolved)

  • 11:10AM EST We have multiple reports of an outage affecting inbound calls to our network. This is a large, wide-spread problem affecting dozens of network providers. We have notified our VoIP provider and they are investigating. We will post more information as it is available.

    11:31AM EST: Current information from our provider: One of our inbound carriers is experiencing an outage affecting calling to some DIDs. They are trying to isolate and repair the issue. We will update as more information becomes available.

    11:45am EST: We are currently seeing some phones starting to work again. We are waiting to hear if this issue is resolved.

    We are told the issue has been resolved. If you are still having issues, please open a support ticket.
